Massivework specializes in:

Website UI/UX design using Figma.
Development services using HTML, ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, Webflow, Framer, WordPress, and more.
Lottie animations.
Content writing services.

All services are subject to the scope and deliverables agreed upon at the time of project initiation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required for the completion of services.
Respond to queries and feedback promptly to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the content or materials provided for the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and amounts will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice.
Full or partial payment may be required upfront, depending on the project scope.
Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of Massivework until full payment is received.
Upon payment completion, clients receive the rights to use the deliverables as agreed in the project scope.
Massivework retains the right to use non-confidential work samples in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client.

6. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided by the client unless required by law or with explicit client consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Massivework shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, the client will pay for any completed work or work in progress.
We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of breach of these Terms and Conditions or non-payment.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the "Effective Date" updated. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
